I am originally from Botswana Africa. I have lived in New Zealand for the last 21 years.
I mainly paint contemporary landscapes, sea and cityscapes.
Being an artist was an unexpected change in direction for me. It was something that evolved naturally and has led me on a path that has brought me great friends and exciting travel.
I have learn't to paint by observing the world around me..a process of osmosis really. The colours I use are the colours of my history. The reds, golds and coppers of my African upbringing and more recently the Pacific blues and greens. I like to create paintings that change throughout the day and are usually more dramatic and night when the lights hit the gold.
Exhibitions and places I exhibit :
The New Zealand Art Show with a Single Artist Wall for 14 years
Christchurch Art Show for last 6 years
Dunedin Art Show
Bread and Butter Gallery
The White Sail Gallery
I now have work in corporate and private collections in New Zealand, Europe, United States, Great Britain, Africa and Australia.
My work has been featured in the publication Emerging Collectable Taranaki Painters,

I was a Board member of the Real Tart Gallery Trust for 10 years.
For the last 4 years I have been running my own gallery

When an artist paints a painting they show you a piece of their soul.. sometimes intentionally.. sometimes not. I hope you enjoy my art
