This year’s artist line up will knock your socks off!
The artists have been selected and we are absolutely fizzing about the 2022 show we have in store for you! The applications were of a very high standard so the selection process was very challenging, but we are thrilled with the diversity and talent that we will be showcasing in June. The artists’ names will be announced in due course.
Tickets are on sale now and we encourage everyone to come along, be inspired and be blown away. If you are one of our regular visitors, be reassured that you will be introduced to many new artists, alongside some of our favourites, promising an exciting show.
Show day tickets are $10 if purchased online or $15 at the door.

Here at NZ Art Show HQ we’re watching closely as the COVID situation unfolds around us. Please know that we are planning for every scenario and always at the forefront of our decision making are the safety of our artists and the NZ Art Show community. We’re committed to supporting our community and will keep you informed should we need to adapt the show. Feel confident that you can purchase all types of tickets, vouchers and Friend Memberships knowing that arrangements will be made should the show be postponed, and refunds will be offered should the show be cancelled.
The RT Nelson Sculpture Awards – 90 finalists to be exhibited
Vibrant crocheted wool, insect wings, delicate pounamu and silver works are among the 90 sculptures selected as finalists in the RT Nelson Awards for Sculpture. The collection of sculptures are all for sale and all vying for the top prize of $15,000, or a highly commended prize of $1,000. These works will be exhibited within the NZ Art Show, and are a must see on your visit.
