NZ ART SHOW 2022: A CURATED EXPERIENCE
Tickets are now on sale for the NZ Art Show 2022! Like all events in NZ, we have had to adjust and adapt to a new normal; however we can promise another spectacular display of original, contemporary NZ art, like you’ve never seen before. A refined experience all about the ART, designed for YOU, our art lovers.
The show will be open to the public on Friday 3rd June, Saturday 4th June and Sunday 5th June and tickets may be limited so make sure you get in early! Our general admission tickets are now available online – these are $15 each and you will need to select which day you are attending.
This year we are offering a special deal for our Art Lovers – buy a $100 art voucher and get 2 x free show day entries, saving you $30!
*Door sale admissions will be $20 each, however due to limited ticket numbers, these are not guaranteed.

Our VIP Preview session & Gala Evening will take place on Thursday 2nd June, for Friends and Sponsors only. If you like being able to see and purchase the art first, then a Friend membership is for you.
Each Friend membership offers tickets to the VIP Preview (Thursday 9 -11:30am), the Gala Evening (Thursday 5 – 9pm) and entry to a show day. If you are interested in supporting the arts and being part of this intimate and exclusive experience, make sure you act fast as these will be limited.

$20,000 in prizes with a premier prize of $15,000, and five highly commended prizes of $1,000 each.
The Richard T Nelson Awards for Sculpture recognise excellence in small-scale sculpture and provide rare opportunities for New Zealand sculptors.
Up to 50 artworks will be selected as finalists and they will be revealed to the public at the 2022 NZ Art Show, 2-4 June, in Wellington.

We’re looking for exceptional artwork of excellent quality that is going to delight new-comers and challenge our regular visitors: we’re seeking new work with a fresh and challenging viewpoint.
The 2021 show was a resounding success, with record attendance and art sales: many artists sold out completely, which is the ultimate achievement for an art show of this size.
