Only 3 Days to Go! NZ Art Show 2023

It’s been a flurry of excited activity this week as we move into the TSB Arena. We’re nearly finished setting up and the art and venue are looking stunning.

Several artists new to our show are joining artists who have been exhibiting with us for some time now.

So, come, join us: meet the new artists and catch up with artists you may have enjoyed over the years. We’re looking forward to treating you to a wonderful Aotearoa art experience.

COMPETITION TIME WITH BRENDAN FOOT SUPERSITE

Brendan Foot Supersite are having a mini exhibition within the show. Part of that exhibition is an interactive competition.  

The prize is an Art Studio High Tea with bubbles, nibbles, fashion and art. So make sure you come to the show for your chance to win.

WHAT WILL YOU SEE AT THE SHOW?

200 artists have created artworks especially for this show so you’ll be amongst the first to see them. Come and celebrate the creative genius that Aotearoa has to offer.
Here is a small handful of artists we’ll be celebrating this year – some of them will be at the show – so, come, meet them and hear the inspiration behind their works.Shirley Cresswell, Clare Matthews, Liz Turnbull, Paula Petherick, Holly Thomas, Glen Jorna, Gerry Parke, Pam Wildbore, Ché Rogers, Rae West, Hannah Schickedanz, Tanya Blong and Tetyana Khytko.


R.T NELSON AWARDS FOR SCULPTURE

55 artworks by 36 artists are vying for these prestigious awards – $20,000 in total.  Judged by artist, curator and art collector, Lynne Sandri, the winners will be announced tomorrow. Come and celebrate small-scale New Zealand sculpture with us.
