For one evening and three days each year at the end of May, Wellington’s waterfront transforms into a celebration of New Zealand art.
300+ artists, 12,000+ visitors, and one unmissable Gala Evening fill the TSB Arena & Shed 6 with energy, colour, and connection. It’s a place where art is discovered, conversations are sparked, and collections of original art come to life.
The NZ Art Show is a vibrant and welcoming space where art lovers can explore a dynamic collection of work, meet the creators behind it, and celebrate artists from every region of Aotearoa.

TSB Arena & Shed 6, Queen’s Wharf, Wellington — just a short stroll from Lambton Quay, Cuba Street, and Courtenay Place.
Parking is available beneath the venue and on surrounding streets.
