The NZ Art Show is a vibrant, welcoming space, all on one level across TSB Arena and Shed 6. Enter via TSB Arena from Queens Square.

Just a short stroll from Lambton Quay, Cuba Street, and Courtenay Place. Parking is available beneath the venue and on surrounding streets.

Pick up purchased art later or arrange courier delivery.

Fully accessible for wheelchairs and prams.

Information desk, café and meet-the-artist opportunities.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets for the 2027 NZ Art Show will go on sale February 2027 through Ticketmaster. A direct link to purchase tickets will be available on our website.

Should I buy my ticket in advance?

Yes, we recommend purchasing your ticket online before you arrive. Having your ticket ready means you can bypass the ticket-buying queue at the door and get straight into the art.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets will be available at the door, subject to availability. For the quickest entry, and the best ticket price, we recommend purchasing online in advance.

Are children free?

Yes. Children aged 13 years and under are free when accompanied by an adult.

Do you offer Early Bird tickets?

Yes. Early Bird tickets will be available from February until 30 April 2027. After this date, standard ticket prices will apply.

Will there be any ticket specials?

From time to time, we may release special ticket offers and promotions. Subscribe to our mailing list and follow us on social media to make sure you don’t miss them.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that the NZ Art Show is cancelled.

Are there additional booking fees?

Yes. Ticketmaster booking and/or transaction fees are added to the advertised NZ Art Show ticket price. These fees are charged by Ticketmaster and will be shown when you purchase your tickets.

Where do I buy tickets?

Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster from February 2027. You won’t need to search for them : we’ll have a direct BUY TICKETS link right here on the NZ Art Show website once sales open.

Can I buy tickets to the Gala?

The People’s Choice Art Award
