The NZ Art Show is a world-class platform that offers new, emerging, and established artists a unique opportunity to connect and engage with prospective buyers, art enthusiasts, and an emerging audience passionate about art. Our focus is to present a dynamic, authentic, state-of-the-art event that mirrors the excellence of our artists. RT NELSON AWARDS FOR SCULPTURE
The RT Nelson Awards for Sculpture, valued at $20,000, with a premier prize of $15,000. These awards aim to recognize excellence in New Zealand Sculpture. All showcased sculptures are available for purchase, carefully curated to bring joy and artistic sophistication to one’s home.
PEOPLE’S CHOICE ART AWARD SPONSORED BY BRENDAN FOOT SUPERSITE
A panel of art experts meticulously selects 10 outstanding artworks from the show that embody the essence of the NZ Art Show. These chosen pieces are thoughtfully curated in a dedicated area, allowing visitors to the show to cast their votes for their favorite artwork. The artist who garners the most votes will be awarded $3,000 in recognition of their exceptional achievement.
HYUNDAI EMERGING ARTIST AWARDS, SPONSORED BY BFS
Supported by the NZ Visual Arts Trust and the NZ Art Show: Introducing a novel award dedicated to celebrating artistic excellence among high school students. Specially selected high school students will have the opportunity to showcase their talent, with an anticipated curated space featuring approximately 40 artworks from these emerging artists—all available for purchase

The TSB Arena is a spacious venue situated on Wellington’s vibrant waterfront conveniently close to the shopping areas and entertainment venues of Lambton Quay, Cuba Street, and Courtney Place.
